Few bugs/suggestions

1. /ramp not working
2. boost work in races
3. /flip command rotation - all the time spawning with 0 degrees rotation (north)
4. SetCameraBehindPlayer for teleport commands
5. Able player to have just ONE vehicle, if ill use /v name for spawn other it should remove old one
6. /teles - GUI list...
