Premium, VIP?

I have been thinking lately that we should add some sort of VIP or Premium Account  system. If this was to be added, here are some cool ideas:

A player can become a VIP by having 550 score or higher...
If a player donates they will automatically become a VIP

Possible features:
  • VIP Players can build races.
  • Can own more properties

Any ideas for features? Also, what do you think of this idea? Discuss.

 think the 550 do the same but score as little, score, it is +1500 Ville s top
 and btw good ideals do the same you're making a VIP  :)
